Sex doll purchase, payment, shipping, and order information

When purchasing a sex doll, many questions may arise regarding payment options, delivery time, and the ordering process. In this article, we have gathered the most important information so that our customers know exactly what to expect when placing an order.

In-stock and Pre-order Sex Dolls

• In-stock sex dolls
• Pre-order sex dolls

There are significant differences between the two categories in terms of payment and delivery conditions, so it is worth familiarizing yourself with these before ordering.

Ordering In-stock Sex Dolls

• Cash on delivery
• Credit card payment
• Bank transfer

How is delivery handled?

Models under 160 cm

• By our own courier, at a pre-arranged time
• Via GLS courier service

Models 160 cm or taller

Larger models are shipped directly from the central warehouse, typically by:

• FedEx
• UPS
• Other international courier services.

After payment is received, these products usually arrive at the specified address within a maximum of 6 business days.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on whether:

• The product is available from stock in Budapest
• It needs to be ordered from an external European warehouse
• Which part of the country the delivery is to

For in-stock products, delivery typically takes a few business days, but generally, a maximum delivery time of 7 business days should be expected.

Personal pickup

Currently, personal pickup is not available.

However, if you would like to get a more detailed picture of a particular model, upon request, we will gladly send unretouched, real photos of the available dolls. Our goal is for every customer to get exactly what they expect when purchasing a sex doll.

Ordering Pre-order Sex Dolls

Pre-order models are custom-made, so only advance payment is possible for these.

By placing the order, the customer acknowledges that due to custom manufacturing, the order cannot be canceled. These models are made specifically based on the given order.

The manufacturing process usually takes about a week, after which the product's shipment from China begins.

How long does it take for a pre-ordered sex doll to arrive?

For pre-order models, an average delivery time of 60–70 days should be expected.

International shipping also involves customs clearance, the duration of which cannot be influenced. In rare cases, customs holds or other logistical delays may occur, which can extend the waiting time.

However, it is also possible for the product to arrive sooner than expected.
